GNI Construction Management Ltd (“GNI”) provides independent management, commercial and contractual advice to employers, contractors, consultants and the wider construction supply chain.

With more than 45 years’ experience across Britain and Europe, I have worked in large corporate and medium‑sized construction and development businesses, including my own. Having operated extensively on site, at main board level and at every stage in between, I have dealt with the full range of issues the industry produces with unfortunate regularity.

My project experience spans health, education, residential (from Social to Super Prime), office, retail and civil engineering sectors, covering new‑build, refurbishment, restoration and fit‑out schemes.

I am a Fellow of RICS, CIOB, CInstCES and CIArb, and sit as a panel adjudicator for RICS, CIArb, CIC and UK Adjudicators.  I am also an accredited mediator with RICS and CIC and panel mediator withy CEDR, receiving regular appointments as party representative, adjudicator and mediator.
