• Contract administration including preparation of correspondence and contractual notices
• Commercial support to secure entitlement to interim payments and final account
• Independent review of project performance, risk and commercial exposure
Contractual entitlement and claims management including:
• Advice on the validity of claims for extensions of time, loss and expense or general damages
• Claim advocacy, including preparation, submission and management of the claims process
